Culinary Creations was created by Chef Andrew Pantano, a highly trained and experienced graduate of the Culinary Institute of America. They have been featured on Channel 12 NJ News and in Catering Magazine, Country Roads Magazine, NJ House & Home, The Courier News and several other publications.

Culinary's catering menu offers an array of unique & creative entrees and platters to choose from to insure an unforgettable; wedding, Bar Mitzvah, Bat Mitzvah, birthday, reception, corporate affair or shower. The Neshanic Valley Banquet Facility is open to the public and seats from 50-200 guests. It is complemented by an outdoor deck with a 270-degree view of the golf course, the historic Neshanic Valley, and the nearby Sourland Mountains.
