Get active with us! Walking outdoors is proven to help your wellbeing. Ditch the treadmill and join a Naturalist on the trails. This weekly walking group will walk for one-hour continuously at a moderate pace with occasional breaks. Please be dressed for the weather; waterproof boots are strongly recommended.
