Food Truck Instructions

Please review general information regarding food truck vendors and the Park Commission permit process on the main permit page.

1. Prior to securing a food vendor permit with the Somerset County Park Commission, the applicant must contact the appropriate township in which the permit is being sought. Each township has its own food vendor permit requirements which must be met before a permit can be secured with the Park Commission. The township contact information is listed in the below chart along with the applicable Park Commission locations:

2. Complete Somerset County Park Commission Food Vendor Application and Hold Harmless Agreement. 
3. Send Application and all appropriate forms to the Recreation Manager at sdahl@scparks.org.
4. Once application is approved, the applicant will receive an email from the Recreation Manager with applicant’s profile information and instructions to access the Permit Registration calendar.
5. Applicant reserves available permit date(s) and proceeds to check out to secure permit(s).
