Native Tree Give-Away

The Somerset County Park Commission is hosting a Native Tree Give-Away for Arbor Day! Stop by the Colonial Park Arboretum on Saturday, April 27 from 9:00am to 12:00pm if you miss the first day. The Environmental Education Center is also hosting this event on Friday, April 26 between 10:30am to 1:30pm.
Only one tree may be obtained per household at both locations.
Staff will be available at both locations to advise on selection of the best trees for specific planting sites.
The Native Tree Give-Away is sponsored by Bernards Township Shade Tree Commission and the Somerset County Park Foundation.
