Lost Property

The Somerset County Park Commission disclaims all liability and is not responsible for items of personal property brought onto Park Commission property.  Be advised that items of personal property are brought onto Park Commission property at the owner’s sole risk. 

Despite this disclaimer, and in no way accepting any such liability, the Park Commission will make reasonable efforts to collect lost property, maintain for same a reasonable period of time, and reasonably attempt to return same to its owner.
